These wings are light weight semi-sheer organza fabric, with matching collar. The white fabric is very versatile. It picks up colored lights and glows in the black light. All wings have easily removable and flexible transparent lucite wands that give elegant flutter action. The pleats are in a Sunburst pattern which are permanent and water-proof.
