These wings are light weight organza fabric, with matching beaded collar. They are multi-toned and shift from blue to green with flashes of gold as you move them. All wings have easily removable and flexible transparent lucite wands that give elegant flutter action. The pleats are in a Sunburst pattern which are permanent and water-proof.
