These wings are light weight semi-sheer organza fabric, with matching beaded collar. The black fabric is not matte but picks up the light and shines as you move. All wings have easily removable and flexible transparent lucite wands that give elegant flutter action. The pleats are in a Sunburst pattern which are permanent and water-proof.
